Jermiside - Die Jerm Die

Cincinnati-bred, Atlanta-based rapper Jermiside (of the Red Giants & the Lessondary) links up with Denver's DJ Low Key (tour DJ for Tanya Morgan) for his latest project, Die Jerm Die. In Jermiside's words, the mixtape reflects a personal moment in time and the majority was recorded as, "an exit or some kind of closure musically." Since then, Jerm's life and music career have been on the rise, but the tone of Die Jerm Die captures a snapshot of those emotions and thoughts and seems even more appropriate in today's turbulent times. The combination of Jermiside's rapid-fire flow and introspective lyrics, an impressive variety of production and DJ Low Key's slick mixing make Die Jerm Die a must listen mixtape.
